CollectionUtils.Consumer 针对一个参数做相应的操作
CollectionUtils.KVConsumer 针对两个参数做相应的操作，例如Map中的KEY和VALUE
CopiedIter 复制 Iterator 为了解决并发情况下Iterator遍历导致的问题（当Iterator被修改会抛出ConcurrentModificationException） ，故使用复制原Iterator的方式解决此问题。
