The method, which is invoked, when the preview of a tab is about to be loaded.

Parameters:

tabSwitcher - The tab switcher, which contains the tab, whose preview is about to be loaded, as an instance of the class TabSwitcher. The tab switcher may not be null

tab - The tab, whose preview is about to be loaded, as an instance of the class Tab. The tab may not be null

Returns:

True, if loading the preview should be proceeded, false otherwise. When returning false, the method gets invoked repeatedly until true is returned.
