Fired whenever bot receives a callback query

Parameters:

bot - the bot

update - the update

query - the query

Returns:

true whenever this even has to be consumed, false to continue notified other handlers

Throws:

org.telegram.telegrambots.meta.exceptions.TelegramApiException - the exception
