Configure flags for the TorCmd.OnionClientAuth.Add object, as described in control-spec#ONION_CLIENT_AUTH_ADD.

Configurability is as follows:

  • null: no action (default).

  • true: add the flag if not present.

  • false: remove the flag if present.
