A utility class for managing the JVMTI agent's isolate. The JVMTI agent uses a single isolate that is created during the JvmtiAgentBase.onLoad(com.oracle.svm.jni.nativeapi.JNIJavaVM, org.graalvm.nativeimage.c.type.CCharPointer, org.graalvm.word.PointerBase) callback.
