        videoCompositionInstruction Returns a new instance of AVMutableVideoCompositionInstruction. The returned AVMutableVideoCompositionInstruction will have a timeRange of kCMTimeRangeInvalid, a NULL backgroundColor, and a nil array of layerInstructions.
