PropertynameMapToTypeAdapter.Builder which allows to create multiple instances based on the same Class type and PropertynameMapToTypeAdapter.Configuration.
This is much faster for creating many instances than a normal instantiation, since the Class code has only to be generated once for a prototype. Based on that prototype all further instances can be cloned.
