UCP Message descriptor is an opaque handle for a message returned by UcpWorker.tagProbeNonBlocking(long, long, boolean). This handle can be passed to UcpWorker.recvTaggedMessageNonBlocking(long, long, UcpTagMessage, UcxCallback) in order to receive the message data to a specific buffer.
