public class ExamSimpleNeighbour
extends SimpleNeighbour<Exam,ExamPlacement>

Extension of SimpleNeighbour. The only difference is that the value ( SimpleNeighbour.value()) is decreased by 1000 if the selected variable has no current assignment.
