Zooms the map to an extent that includes all of the features on the provided vector layer.

Parameters:

target - Ajax request target

vector - Vector layer containing features

zoomToFeatureExtent

                                Number buffer)

Zooms the map to an extent that includes all of the features on the provided vector layer.

Parameters:

target - Ajax request target

vector - Vector layer containing features

buffer - Buffer around the calculated extent

Sets the center of the map's current view.
